I cannot recommend Orthodontics Limited PC and Dr. Middlebery strongly enough. My entire experience was wonderful from the moment I came in, and the office is really clean. Dr. Middlebery was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns about my son's tooth problem. I'm leaving this review to help other parents who are experiencing the same problem that my son did with their child/children, which is snoring. My son was snoring so loudly, especially during the winter, that I scheduled an adenoid surgery for him in 06/2020. Unfortunately, Covid -19 struck, and the procedure had to be canceled. Blessing for myself and please pay great attention to your child's snoring problem since surgical procedure may not address the problem and seek the orthodontist option before jumping to surgery option because a simple brace can fix a child's snoring issue, and it has fixed my son's snoring habit. Furthermore, I left the facility feeling confident in the treatment I had received. Look no further than Orthodontics Limited PC if you seek a trustworthy clinic with a compassionate doctor.

Exceptional staff, courtesy, kind, and friendly. Dr. Milddleberg, was excellent throughout out my entire treatment! I am happy with my results. I always had nice and straight teeth, but when molars were removed, my teeth started to space out, and formed gaps. My teeth are back to normal, gaps are closed. My teeth are beautiful!! Dr. Middleberg also treated my husband and son. I highly recommend this practice!!

Class Act!!!! I am so grateful for Dr. Middleberg and his staff. My son Dominic’s teeth needed a lot of work when we first came in back in 2019. He had a severe overbite, crooked teeth and his teeth overlapped. After 3 1/2 years his teeth are perfect!! Seriously perfect!!! When we first came in I was given a monthly payment arrangement with the office to pay off the balance that the insurance didn’t cover, and even though I paid it off within the first year, they never rushed us to get his braces off!! I also appreciated the thorough explanation each time we went in the office of the changes in his teeth, and what and how much time still needed to pass. Dr. Middleberg and his staff were great with my son! I highly recommend this office!! Professional but like family at the same time!

When I tell you they’re best of the best !!! This is my second time getting braces & immediately the experience is AMAZING. The office itself is so stunning & clean. They have this cute little arcade waiting area for kids that made me immediately wish I was a kid again LOL!!! The staff are so friendly especially Sarah, Brianna, and Emma!! And DR.Pale oh she’s so funny and she’s VERY knowledgeable. She makes you feel so comfortable with your orthodontic journey. Lastly, which is the coolest of it all they give you an orthodontic goodie bag to take home which includes a Sonic care pressure sensor toothbrush (which I never experienced) !! And when it comes to rescheduling, or setting up appointments the receptionists crew are so warm welcoming & they actually ANSWER compared to others, they won’t have you on hold or directed to voicemail. Highly recommend !!!!

This orthodontist office has the most amazing group of doctors, and staff. My teeth were crowded, the bottom 4 teeth were almost like stacked behind each other. Two other groups had told me braces would never work, I would have to get bottom teeth at least 2 removed to even shift them correctly. I came to this office, and they had a vision. I’m almost done my treatment, and my teeth have come so far. Every time I come in for my next set of aligners they are amazed with how far my teeth have come. I will absolutely be bringing my son here when he’s ready for braces.

I had a consultant at OL northeast location and it was a energetically nice experience thus far. Dr Middleberg put me at ease an was easy to talk to and discuss a future plan for me. This is a focus on me thing finally. I must admit I had undue anxiety I had been ruined by a bad experience years ago thus being 55 yo with serval teeth missing and the shifts in my mind I thought was in bad shape. Anywho the staff was nice and courteous game room for the young ones and coffee for those that need a lift all kinds of goodies. Lol You have to schedule an appointment and see for yourself. Plus they have plans that can work this option into your budget. I can't wait to get my journey started!

They are a great practice with NO hard sell tactics. When we were looking for an Orthodontist we met with a couple different practices. One of them felt like I was buying a car. I met with someone then they brought me to an office and they sent in their closer. We went to Orthodontics Unlimited and it was completely the opposite. They walked us through all our options and left it up to us. We felt at ease and ultimately decided to use them.You will not be disappointed with their office staff and the results.

I just took my braces off today 12.16.22 and went through a 2.5 year journey including jaw surgery mid-way and I cannot be happier with the job they all did. Dr. Gemmi is very detail oriented, patient, compasionate and the nicest Doctor you’ll ever meet which made every visit worth it. From the receptionist to the dental assistants and technicians they all remembered me every single time and did a great job.If I have to do it again I would definitely pick Dr. Gemmi with my eyes closed. I’ve been with Dr. Middleberg for the 10+ years and have never had a bad experience. Him and his team know what they are doing and treat you like family every time you are there for an appointment. I even moved to Florida and still kept him as my orthodontist because I trust his work that much. I flew up every time I needed an adjustment with my Invisalign and retainers and they made sure I got everything I needed each time and are very flexible in working with me over the phone. If you are either an younger or older person and you have decided on braces, do not hesitate to use this practice. My daughters had their braces here and at 64, I decided to do something about my crooked teeth. I was able to use Invisalign and just under two years later, I had a smile that made me more confident, in addition to helping my teeth stay healthier. My experience here was great from when I got my braces on to when I got them off. The staff was always kind, they made friendly conversation and I felt as if I got to know them over the years. It also seemed as if they got to know me. The waiting room has two TVs in it and an area with games for kids. I'm truly trying to think of a complaint but nothing is coming to mind. Took my two children here for orthodontic services. Both of my children had their wisdom teeth out following braces, but since they intentionally continue to wear a retainer at night after completing treatment, their teeth remain absolutely perfect. When my daughter started her treatment she had a very bad overbite and 3 yrs later all I can say is wow! She has a beautiful smile now!!!Thank you very much!
